Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy : We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your booking. We kindly request 24 hours notice for the convenience of other clients and staff. A late cancellation fee of $30 will apply for appointments under 1 hour and $50 for appointments longer than 1 hour if the required notice is not given .

We appreciate your promptness for appointments. f you are late we may not be able to perform your full treatment. However, the cost of your treatment will remain the same. To reschedule the appointment the cancellation fee will apply.
